Attention before answers.
There is no single way to make sense of a life. At GRŪND, counselling begins with listening: to what brings you here, what matters to you, and what feels possible now.
My approach is informed by Zen, Daoist internal arts and deep ecology, alongside my counselling training and background in music. These influences shape my attention and perspective; you do not need to share a spiritual belief to work with me.

Zen & Daoist practice.
Zen informs an attentive, curious relationship with experience, including the parts that do not have immediate answers. It invites room to notice thoughts and feelings without having to resolve everything at once.
Daoist internal arts inform my interest in embodiment, responsiveness and the relationship between effort and ease. In a session, this may mean slowing down, noticing tension or exploring gentle movement, always by agreement.
These are influences on a collaborative counselling approach, rather than a spiritual programme you are expected to follow.
Part of a living world.
Deep ecology invites us to consider our relationship with place and other life. Our experiences unfold within relationships, communities and environments; those connections can belong in the counselling conversation too.
Music offers another way of paying attention. Vibroacoustic sessions bring listening and gentle vibration together, making space to explore sensation without needing to put everything into words.
Conversation, bodily awareness and sound are different ways into the work. We choose together according to your needs and preferences.
Space to meet your experience with curiosity, at your own pace.
