Hello, I'm Juliano.
Juliano Cerasani, B.Mus., GradCertCouns., Master of Counselling (Cand.).
I'm a counsellor and musician whose work has been shaped by five years of human welfare experience supporting people in disability, mental health, and community settings. I am currently a Master of Counselling student. My counselling practice is focused exclusively on working with men, and I aim to provide a warm, grounded, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences with honesty, curiosity, and compassion.
My approach is informed by contemporary counselling, somatic practice, mindfulness, and neuroscience, alongside more than 14 years of personal exploration into contemplative traditions, body-based practices, and human development. These experiences have taught me that while no single approach has all the answers, many share practical principles that can help us better understand ourselves, our bodies, and the patterns that shape our lives.

Lived experience. Shared humanity.
I also bring my own lived experience of anxiety, depression, OCD (Pure O), and chronic illness. These experiences have deeply shaped both my life and my work as a counsellor. I hope these experiences allow me to offer greater understanding, empathy, and connection in the work we do together.
I don't believe the men who come to counselling are broken, nor do I believe they need to be “fixed.” Often, what keeps us stuck is not the pain itself, but the ways we have learned to protect ourselves from it. Together, we work to better understand those patterns, reconnect with your strengths, and create the conditions for meaningful and lasting change.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, my hope is to provide a space where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and able to move forward at your own pace.
Teachers and lineages
Therapy and somatic practice draw from diverse cultural, philosophical, and clinical traditions exploring the body, mind, and human experience. Many of these practices have deep historical and cultural roots, which I aim to engage with respectfully and with awareness of their context.
