A supportive, integrative space.
My counselling sessions offer a supportive, integrative space to explore emotional, psychological, and embodied experience. The work is grounded in a relational and experiential approach, supporting you to understand and engage with the patterns that shape how you think, feel, and respond in daily life.
Sessions may include dialogue, reflection, and parts-based exploration, alongside gentle somatic awareness practices that support regulation, presence, and integration. This may involve noticing bodily sensations, tracking emotional shifts, and working with protective or adaptive patterns as they emerge in real time.
The focus is not on “fixing” the individual, but on developing deeper awareness of how experience is organised, how patterns are held within the nervous system and body, and how they may begin to shift through sustained attention, safety, and curiosity.
This work is paced and collaborative, supporting individuals to build greater coherence between mind, body, and environment over time.

What your session includes.
Your 60-minute appointment is dedicated time to explore what matters to you. We begin with where you are, talk about what you would like support with, and work together at a pace that feels manageable. There is room for conversation, silence, reflection and, with your agreement, gentle body awareness.
You can bring anxiety, OCD, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, grief, or a sense of disconnection. We use the first consultation to discuss your needs and whether my experience and approach are a suitable fit. No particular disclosure or exercise is required.
